A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (RUKATECH s.r.o., Prikop 843/4, 60200 Brno, Czechia, Tel.: +49 176 5970 3192, E-mail: info@rukatech.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which notification of your cancellation of this contract is received by us. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will fees be charged to you for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.
Returns/withdrawals may only be sent to the following address:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary to inspect their condition, characteristics, and functioning.
General Information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage unpaid.
3) Please note that the aforementioned points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
