A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (RUKATECH s.r.o., Prikop 843/4, 60200 Brno, Czech Republic, Tel.: +49 176 5970 3192, E-Mail: info@rukatech.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which notice of your cancellation of this contract is received by us. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will any fees be charged to you for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.
Returns/cancellations may be sent exclusively to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that was not necessary for checking their condition, characteristics, and functioning.
General Information
1) Please avoid damaging and soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
