A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (RUKATECH s.r.o., Prikop 843/4, 60200 Brno, Czech Republic, Tel.: +49 176 5970 3192, E-mail: info@rukatech.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will fees be charged for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.
Returns/cancellations may be sent exclusively to the following address:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
General Information
1) Please avoid damage to and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage unpaid.
3) Please note that the above items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
