Shipping Information
We strive to process and prepare orders for shipping within 1-2 days. Delivery with the parcel service usually takes place within 2-4 days. The delivery times are visible in each item description.
The prices listed on the product pages include the statutory value-added tax and other price components. During the ordering process, the shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at the end of the ordering process.
The shipping costs including VAT are shown in the table below (fFor deliveries to other countries, please contact us.:

For orders with an order value up to 20 EUR, we charge additional packaging costs of 4 EUR.
These shipping costs are only valid for packages up to a maximum size of 80 x 60 x 40 cm. If the package exceeds this size, we will contact you.

Prepayment
After completing your order, you will receive an email with all the necessary details for a bank transfer. The desired items will be reserved for you until the payment is received. However, we kindly ask you to consider that we can only maintain the reservation for a maximum of eight days.

PayPal is a secure online payment system that allows you to pay for products online. First, you need to open an account with PayPal. Your account is linked to your credit card or bank account. With PayPal, you can easily make payments by providing your email address and password.
