A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:
Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (RUKATECH s.r.o., Prikop 843/4, 60200 Brno, Czech Republic, Tel.: +49 176 5970 3192, E-Mail: info@rukatech.de) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the enclosed model cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.
Returns/returned goods may be sent exclusively to the following address:
RUKATECH, s.r.o., Palavska 683, 69185 Dolni Dunajovice, Czech Republic.
The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to examine their quality, characteristics and functioning.
General Notes
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer possess the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage unpaid.
3) Please note that the above items 1-2 are not a condition for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
