A. Instructions on Withdrawal
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RUKATECH s.r.o., Prikop 843/4, 60200 Brno, Czech Republic, Tel.: +49 176 5970 3192, E-mail: info@rukatech.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.
Returns/withdrawals may be sent exclusively to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a manner not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
General Information
1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage unpaid.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
